General Terms and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji 111 platform and all related services. By opening an account on baji 111 or by using the platform, the user is considered to have read, understood and accepted the full contents of these Terms.

To use baji 111's services, the user must meet the following basic conditions:

• The user must operate the account in their own name and of their own free will.

• Each individual may hold only one account.

1.1 Application of the Terms

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

baji 111 supports the commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Conditions

3.3 Important Transaction Provisions

• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (funds must be withdrawn using the same method by which they were deposited).
• The user must transact only from an account in their own name; use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be made before bonus wagering requirements are met, but funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• baji 111 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

baji 111 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

baji 111 runs the following regular promotions:

• baji 111 Weekly Deposit Festival: A 20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, on a minimum deposit of ৳200 on any day of the week; wagering requirement 18 times.
• baji 111 Monday Reload: A 25% bonus on the first deposit every Monday, up to ৳6,000; wagering requirement 15 times.
• baji 111 Cricket Charger: A 30% bonus on deposits made for cricket betting, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement 20 times.
• baji 111 Birthday Bonus: A reward of up to ৳2,000 in the registered birthday month; wagering requirement 10 times.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus may be claimed only once (as per the terms of each individual bonus).
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• baji 111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on baji 111 follow specific rules. Different rules may apply to each category.

5.1 Sports Betting

• A bet cannot be cancelled once placed; however, if the event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• In live betting, if a bet is completed despite an internet disruption, it will be considered valid.
• In a multi-bet or combination bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be calculated as 1.00.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, baji 111 reserves the right to cancel that round.
• RTP statistics for various games are determined by the game providers and do not guarantee winnings.

5.3 Live Casino

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

9.3 What Happens to Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, legitimately deposited and earned funds may be returned to the user; however, bonuses and funds derived from suspicious transactions will be forfeited. If the user closes the account themselves, any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn.

Limitations of Liability & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Limitations of Liability

baji 111 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses in betting or gaming caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted.
• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
